Delete Your Account

Sweet Slumber — Baby Sleep Tracker

You can permanently delete your Sweet Slumber account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app

• Open the Sweet Slumber app and sign in.
• Tap the account icon (top corner menu) to open the account menu.
• Go to the Account section.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately deletes your login account. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and data for you:

support@sweetslumber.app

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (email, display name).
• All sleep logs and sleep session history.
• All child profiles (name, date of birth, notes) you created.

All associated data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request, in line with our Privacy Policy.
